OK and well located.
Room was small. There was no bed head, pillows against the brick wall which we found poor and not expected in this type of hotel.

Very close to main facilities of the resort and enjoyed taking a light lunch in the verandah of the hotel.

The breakfast was good.
The hotel is very run down and needs a complete make-over. Outside walls and windows are very dirty. Parking is inadequate.

They gave me a parking space and the breakfast was ok
Expensive drinks, poor decor, inexperienced staff, shoe box sized rooms

Easy access and very convenient for main shopping area and the promenade in Llandudno. Our stay was for one night only and did not sample dinner that night, but will say that it smelled very good. Enjoyed the full English breakfast, which is always very welcome these days. Would not hesitate in making a return visit which I hope we will do soon.
Needed the map supplied to negotiate the labyrinth of passages and stairs and tiny antiquated lift system. It was a bit of fun though. Was dissapointed with our allocated room at the rear with very little view. It was nicely decorated, very clean and adequate for one night. Not a large room, but the bathroom was tiny, a large person would despair and the washbasin just enough to emerse two hands. As was said, unlucky with the allocation I believe. There is a tiny rear car park for seven or eight cars but its very tight and not easy to get to or manoeuvre in. There is a small charge for this, but there are a few spaces on street at the front door.

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful.
The en-suite to the bedroom was very dim and actually made me feel as if I didn't want to shower in the room.

Good food and excellent location - allowed to book in a couple of hours early and use the hotel car park which was great.
First night quite cold in our room, and no spare blankets in the wardrobe which was suprising. Summer quilt fitted the bed in January, however once this was pointed out, we were given extra blankets, so not worth making a big fuss about.
